Crema al cioccolato e cocco, senza lattosio

Can a chocolate and coconut cream be good, no dairy and gluten-free? Sure! Because is it fair that those who must avoid some kind of food for health reasons or ethical choice, will not be penalized in taste and eat with satisfaction cream and desserts. Let's see what the ingredients are and how to proceed. I have to do a premise: for this recipe I used soy milk with chocolate, but if you can not find it on the market, you can substitute it with your favorite vegetable milk and 50 g of sweetened cocoa.


500 ml soy milk with cocoa
50 g sugar
30 g maize starch
30 g of grated coconut

Mix the powder in a pot and add the soy milk cold, a little at a time, stirring well to avoid lumps, then place over low heat and continue stirring until it reaches the desired consistency. Pour your cream into individual bowls and sprinkle with grated coconut. Alternatively you can use your coconut chocolate cream as filling for a cake, for example the cake with orange juice that you find HERE
