Taco shells

I love tacos, but I thought that would be difficult to prepare the taco shells to fill. I was wrong...

We only need few ingredients to prepare our taco shells:

Ingredients:

100 g flour 0
100 g of corn flour
100 g water
a teaspoon of salt

Oil for frying

Mix the flours, add the water, salt and work until you have an elastic dough.
Sprinkle the floor with flour 0 and roll up the 'dough not too thin; cut out the circles for the tacos or triangles for mini tacos, as in the photo.

Let rest a little, meanwhile bring the oil temperature for frying.
Prick the tacos with a fork and fry them in hot oil; when golden brown, drain the oil, then wrap still very hot, around the rolling pin to leave them open enough for the filling.

Let them cool and they are ready to be stuffed. The small triangular shapes are perfect for collecting sauces, such as spicy or guacamole.
