Make your own energy-packed snacks. The homemade granola bars, are full of good chocolate and puffed rise, so they are perfect for children, but they are loved by sweet tooth adults too ;-)
These homemade granola bars require only one thing: a good chocolate.
Let's see how to prepare them:
Ingredients:
300 g hazelnut chocolate (or milk chocolate)
150 g white chocolate
60 g puffed rice
Chop half of the hazelnut chocolate (you can also use milk chocolate, but the result is better with hazelnut) and melt in water bath or in the microwave, sending him a minute to minimum power; after the minute stir and if necessary sends another 30 seconds.
Line a pan with baking paper and pour the melted chocolate in and place in refrigerator to cool; the smaller the pan is, the higher the layer of chocolate is, I leave to you the choice of size, but not smaller than 30 inches square.
Melt the white chocolate and also add the puffed rice, which can be natural or chocolate, mix well and pour on the layer of solid chocolate. Put in refrigerator until more firms.
Last step: melt the second half of hazelnut chocolate and pour it on the layer of white chocolate and cereals now solid. Level and put in the fridge until harden.
Once solidified all the chocolate, remove from the pan and divide it into bars of desired size. Store in the refrigerator.
